I do all I can to help my clients feel that it's safe to address tough issues. I wish to inspire hope, and to speak the truth in love. If you're not sure what you need, we'll figure it out. Rather than tell you what you 'should' change, I'll help you determine that. People who want growth, solutions, and healing are the clients I work best with. My strengths: treating anxiety, stress, depression and other negative feelings, as well as painful memories, procrastination, spiritual problems, couples issues, family problems and trauma. To relieve stress, negative thinking, and painful memories, I teach meditation and relaxation; if indicated, I use hypnosis. Professional Memberships: The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, The American Society of Clinical Hypnosis , The National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists. I use state-of-the-art technology to help soldiers and veterans, as well as others suffering from psychological trauma. I tailor treatment to the client's unique needs. My life-long contact with folks from many cultures and classes helps me relate well to people of diverse backgrounds.
