At the same time it's clear that in addition to challenges that people have always faced, the relentless pace of our "24-hour-connected" age has created roadblocks & pressures previous generations never dealt with; leaving adolescents, young adults, and families overwhelmed & dejected, wondering how & if things could change. I help youth gain confidence, guide their own ship, identify strengths & discover who they are & who they can become!
