As a counselor, I view my role is one to help you manage a situation that you are struggling with and need guidance. I feel that counseling is a collaborative relationship and we work toward new solutions together for you. Seeking counseling is a decision to reach out to someone to help you manage emotions, behaviors and create new outcomes. My area of specialty is solution-focused counseling for individuals, couples and families. My areas of counseling include; relationship/marital issues, step-parenting, divorce, post-divorce issues, major illness, anxiety, depression, stress management and single parenting. I provide other programs in career counseling and life/wellness coaching. I also have a referral network to other trusted professionals for specialized counseling needs that I may not handle. Both locations offer a clean professional building, free parking and proper security. Monday morning until noon, I am at the Carmel location. My Fishers location is at the corner of 141st/37, 14074 Trade Center Drive. Currently, I am there the remainder of the week, but open to client needs for the Carmel location.
