It is through this depth of experience I have come to realize that we are all just innocent beings who, through conditioning, forgot who we truly are - perfect, loving, and whole. Therapy then becomes a process of remembrance and realignment with our true Self. Much of my practice fouses on working with a variety of stress related disorders and diseases as well as pain management. I work with such disorders and diseases as migraines, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome,chronic pain, ADD/ADHD,seizure disorders,fibromyalgia and other auto-immune disorders. I work with stress related disorders and diseases through biofeedback, neurobiofeedback and Hakomi-a unique mind/body psychotherapy.
