My unique background as a program counselor in the mental health field has allowed me to work with a wide variety of people, many who were diagnosed with serious mental illness, autism, and dementia, My special interests are in successful aging, women's issues, and grief and loss. I am trained in both mindfulness meditation and reiki, and this gentle, holistic view, combined with my graduate school training at Adler Graduate School on licensing tracks for counseling will help you navigate change, harmonize relationships and transform your life.
