Are you sick and tired of being angry, anxious, afraid, miserable, depressed, and not good enough? I help adolescents and adults who are in pain to live more satisfying lives by providing a safe and supportive atmosphere where they can begin to accept themselves and gain more effective coping tools. I work with issues and concerns including anxiety, depression self-injury, addiction, sexual concerns, and trauma. I love to work with couples dealing with infidelity, divorce, and blended families. I also work with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, polyamorous, and polygamous or plural couples, families, and individuals. In addition, I have a passion for working with adolescents and adult struggling with eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, diabulimia, and binge eating disorder. I also have over 20 years of experience dealing with families with children and adolescents diagnosed with T1 Diabetes.
