There are times in life where we may need to reach out and ask for support in working through the struggles and challenges brought on by life. I believe every person is unique with individual needs and desires. My desire is to create a safe environment for my clients and to partner with each in an effort to work towards a happier and healthier life. I have experience working with individuals with a variety of needs including those struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. I also have experience working with couples who are struggling with various relationship issues and conflict. I provide premarital counseling for couples and family counseling for those experiencing family conflict or blended family issues.
