My goal with all Individuals,Couples and Families is to begin where you are. Problems and Difficulities as well as Strengths will be addressed. I work from a Family Systems Model, which adds helpful information and may clarify areas of stress or difficulity. Clarifing goals for your Coaching/ Therapy process, gives direction and helps forward movement and growth; increacing clarity and happiness. My belief is that the mind and body are connected. There is an energy system in our bodies and betweem ourselves and others; using EMDR, EFT (The Emotional Freedom Technique) and other Brain Changing Modatities, can decrease our anxiety and tension. This then results in cleaity and the ability to reach solutions quicker and easier. I have been in Practice over 30 years. I love my work and wakling beside others to make their life better.
