I have been helping clients for more than twenty years resolve issues of anxiety, self-esteem, work or relationship stress, and depression. I want to help you let go of negative beliefs so you can lead a more satisfying, fulfilling life. There's joy in becoming your true, authentic self. My approach is humanistic and interpersonal. I create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space in which you can explore your own feelings, needs, and even issues that create anxiety. By bringing these feelings into awareness you can integrate them into a fuller, more positive sense of self. I was a film editor who went back to school and became a licensed psychologist! Then I taught psychotherapy at a medical school. These experiences will help me understand your own need to explore your goals and life choices to see if they are truly a good fit.
