With more than 20 years of experience, I have reached to the conclusion that neither college nor any information can give us everything that we need to be a good therapist, because it is something that goes beyond technical expertise. It's about living. It's about the consistency between who I am and what I do. It's about my own personal and spiritual growth, my world vision, my social roles, and the knowledge gained in both my personal and professional experience. It's about be an authentic human being connected with the person who is looking for help. My counseling approach comes from an Humanistic and Systemic perspective.I have worked with infants, adolescents and adults providing individual, couple and family therapy . But specially I have worked with women and couple during pregnancy and postpartum process to help them to adjust to this important life event. I offer a warm and understanding connection with my clients, facilitating the space of trust to discuss in deep their troublesome events; providing a context for change with respect to their unique individual and spiritual journey.
