I'm a Christian counselor who cares about your journey: where you've been, where you are, and where you are going. I enjoy working with people who are ready for change. Or at least ready to confront areas of their life that are holding them down. Maybe it's anxiety that you struggle with? Or depression? Maybe you're hoping one day your marriage will feel alive again? Maybe you are struggling with better communication and relationship with your teen? Maybe you want a better self esteem? Maybe overwhelmed by grief? These are all areas I love to help people with. I enjoy using a variety of techniques and treatments in order to best fit your needs. I am very mindful of time and resources for all of my clients. Together, we work to identify treatment goals and monitor those goals throughout sessions to make sure you are receiving the help you need. Our facilities where I practice are cozy and welcoming. Grab a cup of warm coffee or hot tea (complimentary) before heading into session. Our offices have comfortable chairs, warm décor, and a quiet atmosphere.
