I welcome those who are facing grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, psycho-social stressors, and interpersonal tensions.If a client also wants to work on personal or spiritual growth, I am here to journey with you in any of these dimensions.Often anger gets in the way of addressing these issues; but I find anger well worth delving into. Using mindfulness methods - especially in labyrinth work and listening circles - helps to resolve tensions. Life is all about connecting - to (1) Self (2) Others (3) Spirit (4) World. With 15 years of counseling/therapy practice and 12 more as a wellness advisor, my counseling can help to prevent problems, heighten awareness, and learn skills about tensions that arise in the contours of relationships. Since I am trained in relational and mental health, I have found the dimension of pastoral training helps clients grow in spiritual awareness of the problems they face. I am at ease with these issues, but I do not promote any denomination.
