28 years as a psychotherapist I find it difficult to identify the "ideal client". Embracing people, our humanity, our spirituality, our love and fears we all come with the ability to recover and continue our journey no matter what that journey may be. My clients are those who may or may not be suffering, who are looking for answers and who are trying to find their way and the path that fits for them. As a professional therapist I hope to bring to the therapeutic relationship a journey of clarification and self- actualization. My expertise are in Trauma and Stress Related Disorders derived from all forms of abuse and neglect. I specialize in Child Abuse, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault/Rape and Incest. I provide treatment for "Dependent Adults": that are in congregate living facilities by providing on-site training in safety and awareness for residents and staff. I am a proponent of equitable and respectful services. My Associates and I maintain unconditional positive regard for our clients and we are committed to and emphatically embrace cultural differences, values and factors that need to be taken into consideration as a unique and necessary part of the services we provide.
