Change is often an exciting yet difficult process that can be enhanced by appropriate support and guidance. I use solution-focused, Motivational Interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral approaches with clients (adults, teens and children) to address a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, life transition adjustments, and relationships. I also have extensive experience in treating trauma and abuse, as well as addiction issues, which are often related. I believe in utilizing clients' strengths to guide them to reach their personal goals. I aim to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, and appropriately challenging atmosphere in which to learn, grow and reach unrealized potential.
