I am intersted in helping individuals and/or family members overcome challeges. We all face obstacles, more often, it is just a matter of reframing a situation and strategizing to feel better about the challenge. Through setting objectives and goals individuals are able to identify pathways of least resistance and more positive results in facing challenges. I am sensitive to my clients needs and will identify methods, in collaboration, that will be most comfortable in making progress and overcoming challenges. This could be done through role play, traditional talk therapy, drawing, or play.
