I specialize in working with people in transitions around life, livelihood and loss, and the complex emotions that arise in those moments. I have a deep interest in women's life transitions including fertility and pregnancy, postpartum, leaving or re-entering the workforce, and the empty nest. And I have expertise in meeting people wherever they are on the path of parenting. My role is to offer support, insight and gentle challenge during your search for healing and growth. I work with you to develop compassion and curiosity about yourself. With greater awareness and acceptance of your experience, a greater range of choices become available, and life begins to feel richer. My counseling style is characterized by warmth, authenticity, and wonder. My work draws on relational, somatic, experiential, and psychodynamic therapies. Together, we create an environment that encourages your exploration. I serve as your companion and witness as we discover the ways in which you make sense of your world.
