If you are struggling with relationships in your life, maybe with your intimate partner/spouse or family members, or perhaps at work, you might feel the need to talk with someone. I am a psychotherapist in Portland and I work with a wide variety of people. I enjoy assisting people in the exploration of new ways to manage challenges that invariably arise in life. If you struggle with anxiety or depression, or if you are experiencing triggers related to traumatic events I can help you learn new ways of relating to yourself and to others. I am trained to do EMDR and Emotional Freedom Technique and have experience with both adults and younger people. I have extensive training in working with family systems and I work well with teenagers and their families. I utilize mindfulness practices to develop contentedness in relationships. I have training in helping couples through challenging times and invite people who have entered into bi-cultural unions.
