I have a passion for getting to know people and hearing the stories and experiences that have shaped and formed them into the person they have become. My first and foremost desire is to help individuals build a healthy self-esteem, heal from traumatic past experiences, and live a fulfilled life. I would love to help you on your life's journey. At the heart of each marriage is a desire to have a healthy and happy relationship. As a Prepare/Enrich facilitator, I enjoy helping couples prepare for marriage, enhance their marital relationship, learn new ways of communicating, and develop new skills to resolve conflicts in the relationship. My goal is to provide caring, client-centered, relation-based therapy. I work alongside my clients in areas such as anger management, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, addiction, and learning new coping skills. My counseling perspective is integrative and I am open to discussing faith-related issues.
