I have been in the practice of psychotherapy for over 30 years. My treatment approach over those years has become very eclectic in nature. Every individual is different and therapy isn't a one technique fits all sort of journey. Therapy for me isn't just about providing insight....most people today are well-read and well-versed in "psychology babble" today. The real confusion is more about what to do with those insights. While I am known to be a great listener, i am also known to be direct and upfront with clients. I absolutely love what i do and want to continue doing it for another 30 years. I work with individuals, couples and families. Assisting clients to develop tools of communication in their daily lives is an integral part to a successful living and relationships.
