Life can get way too complicated. I welcome those who are ready to work through deeply, personal changes like breaking from family and religious expectations, relocation, injuries/medical diagnoses and trauma, past and present. My clients are normal folks working through overwhelming circumstances. When you realize you are disconnecting, avoiding, resenting and overcompensating, I'm here to guide you with learning how to live your life with purpose and focus. My goal is to provide a safe zone to work through it. The work I do with clients is subtle. I do not "fix" people. I guide my clients with methods, to gain insight, and provide each with tools and skills to make changes. I want my clients to grow, use what they have learned, and live a vibrant, empowered life. Also offered: EMDR & Yoga based skills. I enjoy working with teens. Evening appointments are available.
