My goal as a counselor is to provide my clients with support and guidance as they work to uncover what has been preventing them from achieving their true potential. I help adults, adolescents, children and families. I practiced law for many years and help professionals handle the conflicts of trying to balance career and family without neglecting self-care. I enjoy working with children and adolescents, helping them grow as individuals to become confident, empowered adults. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in the state of Missouri. I am also working to earn a doctoral degree in Counselor Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
