Please note - Presently I am not taking new clients. Often when considering therapy, people may be doing so with uncertainty about whether therapy is necessary and whether it will be helpful. On some level, we often want change but when attempting to live differently, realize just how scary, challenging and paralyzing these processes can be at times. With clients, I strive to work in helping them understand their concerns, how they got to the place they are presently at and how to move forward and live lives that feel genuine and consistent with who they are and what they want. I have worked extensively with clients with diverse racial, sexual, and gender identities. I provide individual counseling services and have a range of clinical interests, with areas of specialty including trauma, abuse, grief, depression, romantic and family relationships, sexual and gender identity development, including gender identity transition care. I am a Missouri Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) for certain plans (i.e., Blue Access; Blue Access Choice; Blue Preferred; Traditional).
