I consider it an honor to hear your unique story and to walk beside you during your tranformational journey. Entering the doors of a counselor's office takes great courage and I desire to offer support and safety to individuals, couples, familes and children along the way. I specialize in helping develop restorative relationships by joining my clients through the exploration of trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, grief, eating disorders and related issues. With children, the family and I work together learning and identifing emotional states. This awareness of feelings empowers kids to handle their struggles. My aspiration is to walk along side those who are hurting in a safe and connected capactiy, showing grace in the midst of uncertainty and brokeness.
