Life is beautiful ... and life can also be very hard. During difficult times it can be helpful to have someone come along side you bringing clarity amid the confusion. My passion is to help individuals and families identify and treat issues that are causing problems so that they can move toward improved relationships and personal freedom. I strive to create an environment of acceptance while also encouraging action toward client-centered goals. I have experience with a wide range of issues including children with behavior problems, struggling adolescents, and adults addressing mental health difficulties. I have training in evidence-based practices for treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, trauma, bi-polar disorder, parent-child relationship problems, and other mental health diagnoses. I approach therapy with a holistic and wellness-based philosophy. I believe every person has the potential for growth regardless of past or present challenges. The journey forward begins with honest assessment and thoughtful care.
