In my 20 plus years of practice, I have gained invaluable experience with many issues including pre-maritial, marital and family discord, anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting challenges, financial difficulties, divorce, remarriage and blended family adjustments. I work with my clients to establish realistic and achievable goals. My clients and I collaborate on problem-solving solutions and managing emotions. My approach also includes challenging clients to identify and change unhealthy patterns in their lives, both internal and external and learn more productive methods to approaching life. Finally, I incorporate both mindfulness and humor to broaden the experience and offer new perspectives.
