Looking for support? For over 12 years, I have been providing clinical support and treatment to children, youth, adults, and families struggling with emotional, developmental, cognitive, and/or behavioral concerns. I have successfully treated clients presenting with multiple issues including trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, and depression. I have been able to guide clients through difficult, confusing, and stressful times in their lives. I utilize a holistic and personal approach to treatment and create a safe and supportive space to reflect and honor yourself. I help my clients with developing practical tools to successfully facilitate self-discovery and healing. I have experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, and behavioral issues. I am currently participating in a certification program in traumatic stress studies. My primary goal is to foster self-awareness, understanding, and balance while promoting growth and wholeness. The practical, nonjudgmental techniques I utilize result in positive changes. With a personalized commitment to your treatment, I create a therapeutic relationship that includes comfort and safety to explore issues, interrupt old patterns, and reach overall well-being.
