Welcome! We all struggle with life at times and I congratulate you on moving toward getting the help you want or need. I believe the single most important factor in getting effective help is to find the right counselor. This is a very personal, sometimes scary process and it is important to feel safe, comfortable, and trusting with the person with whom you choose to share your life. I may or may not be that person for you but I am confident that, if you feel comfortable talking with me, I can help. I am holistically trained and believe strongly in the importance of well rounded health and balance in all areas of life. No matter what your struggles or problems are, they can get better. I have helped people with anxiety, emotional and mood disorders, phobias, grief, loss, adjustment, and trauma experiences. I believe we are all capable of being healthy, happy people.
