I have over 30 years of clinical experience helping individuals and families to resolve negative thoughts, feelings, hurts and self-concepts and to move ahead in a healthier and clearer way. I am so appreciative of the trust that I have received over the years from my clients. My expertise lies in working with individuals burdened by anxiety, depression and stress. I see therapy as a shared experience which honors each participant., My goal is to help clients to make choices that recognize the dignity of themselves and others. I have trained and work in the area of Mindfulness as a treatment for anxiety, depression and Adult ADD. I believe that an atmosphere of acceptance and safety is important for those who are dealing with life's difficulties. In addition to my work at Villanova University, I trained at the National Marriage Guidance Counsel in England and consider working with relationships an area in which I possess refined skills.
