I am a staff therapist who works with individuals, families, and couples across all walks of life. My areas of particular interest include young adults and newly married couples, as I am newly married myself and can relate to all the joys and struggles that come in those first few years! I use a systemic approach to therapy which focuses on an individual's ability to thrive within the full,complex environment in which we all live. I employ cognitive and emotion-focused therapy with clients to assist them in meeting their professional, personal, and emotional goals.
