I have been blessed that over the years children, adolescents and their families have shared their deepest personal issues with me and felt confident in my helping them find solutions. I try to walk in their shoes and am mindful of their pain. I am a positive person and find the star in everyone. My training includes Gestalt therapy, Systems theory, Psychodrama, Group therapy, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior therapy. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents in an outpatient hospital setting and a child guidance clinic where I initially led the IICAPS program (Intensive In-home child and adolescent psychiatric service). Some of the issues I am familiar with included Asperger's syndrome, ADHD, Attachment Disorder, anxiety, depression and relationship issues.
