Our society is uncomfortable talking about: Grief/Loss/Sadness, Sexual Addiction, Fetishes, Fantasies, Crushes, Sexuality, Sexism, Substance Use, Internet Addictions, Intimacy, Survivors of Suicide Loss, and Isolation/Loneliness. I provide a safe and therapeutic location to discuss these issues and more. Years ago, I heard a slogan in a support group I was a participant in. It was: "You're as sick as your secrets." It takes energy to keep thoughts and feelings inside. Have you ever felt better after a good cry? Crying is an innate, healing response to a hurt. Our sessions are completely confidential, in a pleasant, non judgmental and therapeutic space. We're all born with an innate ability to heal our hurts. For example, have you noticed that a baby/toddler starts laughing just moments after they've been sobbing? Many of us have learned to stifle our feelings. However, we all have the ability to regain our healing process, and our zest for life. I work collaboratively with my clients. We'll tap into your innate wisdom. I'll ask you questions which will facilitate your growth and recovery. I'm intimately familiar with the healing process. I began my own journey of self-exploration and recovery nearly 30 years ago. It is an enriching, invigorating, and rewarding process.
