Life can be very difficult at times, and for some, has felt that way for days, months, or years. I am a licensed licensed psychologist in private practice who has been in the helping profession for 20 years. I provide therapy for clients of varying ages, ethnicities, and presenting problems, including depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, & women's health issues/infertility. I have a multicultural orientation, with a comfortable, non-judgemental, pleasant, & helpful style. I strive to come from a evidence-based practice orientation where my practice is the integration of the best available research with consideration of your unique background, culture, & preferences. I often encourage the use of books to accompany our work with most of session spent with us talking, and 10 minutes or so dedicated to work you have done outside of session. Although my office is in Norman, OK, I have seen clients in the greater metro Oklahoma City area and surrounding communities
