My passion is working with those who suffer from Eating Disorders/Disordered Eating, Trauma, Addiction, Self-Harm, Grief and Loss and a variety of women's issues. I use an evidence based, eclectic approach that includes working with all members of a client's interdisciplinary team. I welcome all women, men, and members of the LGBT community, from adolescence through adulthood, and their families, and invite a systems perspective to treatment. My style is very relational and person centered as I believe everyone has the strength and courage to heal, and are truly experts on themselves and their stories. I desire to walk with clients through their stories and create a safe environment for recovery and healing. I have experience working with all Eating Disorders/Disordered Eating as well as Trauma. I have training in EMDR and tend to use an approach that is safe yet challenging for clients. I hold a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am currently pursuing licensure in the state of Pennsylvania. My background includes being a Pediatric Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Intensive Care Unit for around 10 years. I also work at The Renfrew Center as a Primary Therapist.
