Are you are feeling low, or lacking energy to live the life you want? Is your anxiety in the way of getting the relationships you want? Are you dealing with grief, or loss? Is your relationship or career no longer fulfilling? It's hard asking for help, and even more so when searching for a stranger to confide in. I will try to make it as comfortable as possible for you to get the help you desire. I believe connection and collaboration between the client and therapist is key in helping make a better life. I specialize in using an interpersonal psychodynamic perspective and behavioral techniques to understand your issues and help make the changes you want to in your life. I work with adolescents through seniors. I have a warm and empathetic style which makes it easy to connect. Other areas of specialty are helping those who have been affected by cancer and other chronic illness to learn coping strategies and find ways not to be held captive by thoughts of recurrence and other life limiting behaviors and thoughts.
