Treatment is structured to meet the specific needs of each client, but may include cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and trauma- focused therapies, as well as interactive play therapy and parenting interventions. My abundant life experience gained through parenting, teaching in the public school system, & counseling people of all ages equips me to be an understanding, patient, and non-judgmental therapist. My purpose is helping my clients find relief, meaning, and happiness in their lives. I offer flexible scheduling of appointments and a variety of payment options, including credit cards. I am credentialed with Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, BCBS, and various other insurance companies, but am no longer accepting Aetna. I am out-of-network for United Health Care.
