As a Therapist, my goal is to help increase understanding in a family unit. I believe that building upon a family's strengths and exploring new paths of communication will help the healing and discovery process.Counseling can help you express difficult thoughts and emotions to an unbiased person. Every situation is different and we can find the approach that works for you and your family. Problems don't have to be severe to warrant counseling. If you need support while working through a difficult time or if you're looking for help with relationship issues, anxiety, or conflict resolution for a blended family, I can help. Therapy will allow you to feel better! Our office is centrally located and we have a comfortable and private atmosphere.
