Integrative mental health is my passion. I value your input in tailoring treatment, whether it be medication management with therapy, or therapy alone. If you like, I will integrate treatment with your other practitioners. I am a holistic clinician, and I want to support all your treatment options, including those that involve naturopathic and alternative approaches. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner I provide psychotherapy as well as manage and prescribe medications. My psychotherapeutic training includes Psychodynamic, Existential, Humanistic, & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use aspects of various therapeutic modalities, rather than adhering to just one, in order to best serve my patients' needs. My goal is to help people to heal themselves. Communication is key to good therapeutic relationships. I believe the patient is ultimately the leader in her/his own plan of care. I am contracted with Blue Cross. For others, I can bill your insurance as an out-of-network provider.
