Evergreen Counseling Services is a new private practice in Middletown and currently accepting new clients. I primarily work with individuals and couples who may be experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I also enjoy working to support individuals through difficult transitions (i.e., grief/loss, divorce, identity development, job issues) or times when the usual ways of coping do not seem to work. My goal is to create a supportive environment that feels safe to explore concerns that get in the way of living a life that is most fulfilling.a I have been trained in several research-based therapies (i.e., cognitive behavioral, solution focused, mindfulness based, interpersonal, and integrative approaches) shown to be effective for anxiety and depression. We will also track your progress in therapy, to monitor if our work together is supporting your individualized needs.
