It is important to create a safe and trusting relationship with my clients, in which they can feel comfortable doing the challenging work of personal growth. My work is focused on supporting people of all ages dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, parenting challenges, trauma, life stress and challenging crises. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and their families helping to express thoughts and feelings, enhance communication, and develop life skills to improve mood, behavior, relationships and self esteem. Working with a family, I nurture change and growth by strengthening healthy interactions among family members. I bring to this work a strong appreciation for the uniqueness of each person, as together we work towards healing and growth.
