I specialize in grief and loss, interpersonal difficulties, and anxiety and depression. I also enjoy working with cultural and identity issues, including issues surrounding career, gender, and sexuality. Each person has his or her own unique potential that is waiting to be realized; sometimes life events, negative patterns in thinking, and biology can get in the way of that. A few of the tools and techniques I use to help clients reach their goals are mindfulness, sand tray therapy, guided imagery, as well as DBT and Interpersonal therapies.
