Have you had a recent life transition like a birth, move, break up, or loss and you don't know what to do? Do you feel stuck in several areas in your life; personal growth, relationships, career, and health? Is this the right time to make some positive changes in your life? I believe that thru understanding ourselves we can heal emotional wounds, learn new ways of coping and feel better. Clients have described me as "casual, direct, trustworthy, funny and experienced", if you feel like that would be a good fit for you, lets talk further. As your therapist, I am constantly tailoring my interventions and techniques to best suit your needs. I practice holistically from a Mind/Body perspective, and include mindfulness brain training, cognitive behavioral therapy, expressive therapy and humor. Most importantly I work from a strength based model meaning- I believe in you. I am currently accepting new clients at my 2 locations and can practice on-line. I also offer a free 15 minute face to consultation for prospective clients. Areas of specialty; trauma, maternal mental health (pregnancy/postpartum issues), relationship problems, parenting concerns and as "therapist's therapist".
