Individuals, couples, families, welcome! I am a marriage and family therapist and I see clients with a variety of mental health needs. I work with people who have anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and cognitive disabilities. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and narrative therapy to treat clients who have reached a point in their life where therapy is the best option for them. Making the first phone call to make an appointment can be difficult, but I offer a judgment free environment to discuss areas in your life you might be struggling with right now.
