People experience life's challenges every day. And in a world filled with uncertainty, many experience anxiety, depression, and conflict. Jobs are at risk, homes are broken, substance abuse becomes troublesome and relationships are damaged. My approach to therapy begins with putting clients first, tending to each individual with their own personal concerns and struggles. I work with adults, couples, adolescents, and children on issues including anxiety, stress, anger, depression, marital/relationship problems, communication, assertiveness, parenting, behavioral modification, mindfulness, and recovery support. I also work with individuals from the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning community--helping them deal with the specific challenges they face. I believe that finding the right therapist is vital to a successful therapeutic experience and I welcome the opportunity to help others achieve personal goals and improve their overall feeling of well-being.
