I have a particular interest in working with people who want to experience greater connection and fulfillment in their relationships. I help clients find clarity, make important decisions, and cultivate enjoyment in their work. Your struggles may be connected to anxiety, depression, or addiction; sometimes difficult past experiences or traumatic losses create a feeling of being lost or stuck. Together we'll explore your story and beliefs so you can move past stuck places and into a fuller, more vibrant life. A decade of social work practice in Chicago and internationally has provided me with expertise in trauma-informed and addiction treatment. My approach is rooted in connecting mind, body, and spirit--moving beyond therapy to take authentic action in your daily life and to help you find your best path to healing. If cost is a concern (high deductible, no insurance, out of network plan), HWCA now has a supervised graduate intern available for $30 per session. Client appointments with her begin 9/11/15.
