I am a Neuro-feedback/Alpha-Theta counselor. I work with children and adults who have ADD/ADHD, bed wetting, anxiety, depression problems and more. I also help addicts and alcoholics treat their mental craving by using Alpha-Theta treatments. I also do marriage counseling and life coaching. I work with children as young as 3 years old and teenagers who suffer from ADHD, depression, anxiety, and phobias. I teach Anger Management classes and techniques to help people understand the nature of anger and different ways to control their aggression. I also specialize in multicultural counseling, marriage/couple counseling, and career counseling. I mostly focus on the individual issues and problems in order to help their marriage and relationships. I try to help people know themselves better by, role playing, taking different kinds of tests, and psychotherapy games to recognize the problems in their lives. I am fluent in Farsi and English, and know some Arabic. I have 12 years of experience working with multicultural children and teenagers. I have been happily married for 28 years. In addition to my education and training, I also use my own life experiences to help with marriage counseling.
