I work with anxiety, depression, grief, addictions, trauma, relationship and family, marital, parenting, children, adolescents, elderly and caregiving, women's issues, men's issues, eating disorders, anger management, spiritual development including Christian counseling, personal growth and more. I offer optional pet therapy with my labradoodle Taylor who is part of my practice. By using a holistic approach you can achieve relief from negative symptoms and patterns of living. By paying attention to your mind, body and spirit you can often experience positive growth and a new potential you might not have realized was possible.
