The therapy that I offer is multi-focused in that I treat not only the emotional problems; however, because I am a Dietitian I take a mind body approach to your treatment. When the body is functioning better and the mind is focused it is easier to do therapy. Then treatment for Post Trauma, Depression or Anxiety will become the focus. Many of my clients because of trauma in their lives may have difficulty with sexual relationships. I am now certified to offer Sex Therapy to my clients who want to improve intimacy with their partner. To start we discuss the problem that brought you into therapy. We set your goals and then look at your history to give you insight into your present situation. Through Cognitive Behavioral and Psychoeducational techniques we reframe your life to develope a base from which to experience joy and passion! As a Meadows trained therapist, I am able to help clients see themselves as they were meant to be before the trauma was experienced. This healing approach is changing lives across the country. In Sex Therapy I help couples experience a new level of intimacy and share passion.
