I offer assistance in exploring ways to improve your coping with life's challenges. Everyone faces difficulty at different points in their life. Life's journey can bring changes that can sometimes feel overwhelming to face on your own. Anxiety, depression, grief & loss, are a few of the issues I work to address. Working to change your thinking brings forth new ways to view, cope and live with a new perspective on the future. I have 7 years experience in working with palliative care and hospice in assisting those facing end of life and have walked them and their families through the grieving process. During this difficult time caregivers are in need of support, often neglect themselves and may experience anxiety and depression. I wish to build a therapeutic alliance with you, assisting you in exploring ways to cope with life challenges to move forward to a happier, and more successful future.
