I believe in using evidence-based treatment practices to target powerful change. I am a strong proponent of both education and validation in therapy. In order to reach our maximum potential, we must work to both accept our emotions, and change our unhealthy behaviors. I specialize in the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder, and do so with the perspective of healing a person as a whole. This means addressing not only mental health concerns, but physical, and spiritual as well. I specialize in the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder. I use a dialectical behavior therapy model to address issues such as pervasive self mutilation, extreme emotional dysregulation, and eating disorders. I also specialize in child, adolescent and family psychotherapy. At Presence Therapy, we offer a variety of supportive services in a comfortable environment. We offer yoga classes within our healing environment, and also promote other healing modalities such as massage, and reiki.
