I work with individuals of all ages, couples, and families to explore and create more optimal functioning, relationships and living. Throughout life we encounter experiences that greatly influence us and how we live. These experiences can serve to help us grow and strengthen our commitment to live life according to our most deeply held values. Difficult life experiences can also cause personal limitation and obstruction for living up to our potential. Through treatment you can evolve and build resilience. This allows you to adapt to the ever changing circumstances of life in ways that hold true to your authentic self. I am trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), meditative and mindfulness practices, sports psychology and women's issues. I draw on 20 years as a nationally certified recreational therapist to help you come home to your core self and live life that is inspired by who you are.
